Bill Edwards of VFW Post 7628 in Ozark, Mo was surprised when Mo VFW Commander Chris Johnston  presented him with an award from the National VFW Commander-in-Chief honoring him for 30 years as Quartermaster of Post 7628.  The presentation was made during the August meeting of Post 7628.
