September 12, 2012 was the date that the Department of Missouri VFW Surgeon Chris Bell visited with the residents and staff of the Missouri Veterans Commission Veterans Home in St James, Mo. Quite by accident he also met the Missouri Veterans Commission Director of Homes Program Kim Cleeton. She is over all the Veterans Homes in Mo that are under the MVC jurisdiction.
